My mission for this blog is to begin to provide a wide variety of health care information that is easily understood, and to write it based upon my career as a Registered Nurse,and the many times I taught patients on different topics. Of course this is the beginning, sort of the welcome and the syllabus, sort of. I hope to make this an comprehensive tool for educating on topics that concern the public,  and to define the terms I use here so that medical jargon is more easily understood.  I have  a website that began this idea and you may see it at  http://gloriapoolepappas.rnurse.googlepages.com/ and it is geared toward maintaining good health. What I am thinking of doing with this blog is to write on the different diseases that affect people and perhaps include the health care warnings that come from the CDC.
